Event Waiver - Tap on DMS waiver & complete
Race Track Waiver - Tap on Track Waiver, complete, take a screenshot & attach to the upload file section.
Self Tech - Fill out the self tech & then tap the green submit button

Inspect and check off each item: * Required

BATTERY: Securely mounted with positive teriminal covered

BRAKES: Firm pedal pressure / Sufficent fluid in master cylinder / No leaks / Functioning ebrake for street cars / Pads more than 3mm / No large cracks in rotors / Brake fluid changed in last 24 months

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN: Throttle returns quickly / No fluid leaks / *Karts - Chain guard in place

EXHAUST: Secure / No leaks / Under 94 db under full throttle from 100 ft away

SUSPENSION & STEERING: Wheel bearings - no play / Ball joints - no play / No excessive play in steering / Shocks - not leaking

TIRES & WHEELS: No visible cuts, cords, bends or cracks / Adequate tread / All lug nuts or wheel bolts present & tight

ROLL OVER PREVENTION & RECOVERY: Vehicle's track width is greater than its height / Tow point available

WINDSHIELD: No major cracks or holes

HELMET & CLOTHING: A 15 year old or newer Snell certified M/SA/K or ECE 22.05/6 helmet / Full face required for open wheel vehicles / Closed toe shoes worn (*Karts - Full face helmet, Abrasion-resistant jacket, pants, gloves & shoes)

SEAT & SEAT BELT: Seat is securely mounted and in good condition / OEM 3 point seat belt or greater installed properly and in good condition (*Karts do not require seat belts)

INTERIOR: All loose items removed

I declare that I have, or a qualified mechanic has, performed the above inspections and any deficiencies have been corrected. I understand that I am fully and solely responsible for this vehicles condition at every event.
